Delivery
Ready-to-ship orders are generally prepared within one to three business days. Personalized, resized, or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and any delivery charges are shown at checkout based on the destination and enabled carrier services.
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will include the carrier and tracking information.
International availability is determined at checkout. Customers may be responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, or customs charges unless stated otherwise.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Update this period in Elodor settings to match your final store policy.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and packaged with their original presentation materials and proof of purchase.
Personalized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, final-sale, and hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded unless damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
